Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisLoni was very easy to work with and very nice as well as attentive! There was an issue at one point someone had getting in who had the same first name as me, so she called every person with the same first name to make sure they had resolved their issue as she wasn’t able to see the last name. I thought that was an above and beyond moment as someone cookie have just let it go if they weren’t called about the issue. My only issue I had was realizing that when leaving the storage unit I was not able to get a prorate refund.. I’m sure it was in the contract somewhere but I feel that’s not a big ask or big deal to get back whatever the amount is per day back that i left before the month was up.

Whenever I needed assistance with anything , Loni was to the rescue immediately. She goes above and beyond in everything she does for customers. I highly recommend this storage facility. BRIAN L | Expérience généraleLoni was great and very helpful. My unit was infested with stink bugs. This is the reason I chose to end my contract. I had to throw out many things because of this infestation. The grounds were very muddy and at one point I had a car space and the catalytic converter was stolen while on the property. I mentioned to staff but it was never investigated. I moved to a different storage facility which is surrounded by pavement unlike this facility which is a muddy mess. I was very unhappy with the unit due to stink bug infestation and muddy yard. This is no reflection on the office team as this is beyond their control. I have the insurance for claims but this is just not worth my time. I threw out alot of stuff because of stink bugs but this facility should do more to rectify this situation.
