Though the actual storage unit was clean and I did not have any issues with infestation (mice or bugs), the pavement outside of the units could use a lot of TLC. Weeds growing up through the pavement and quite a few larger potholes had me worried for my vehicle. But, even so, I would use this facility again and would recommend it to my friends. The summer went well until I went to pickup the motor home for the last time and discovered the catalytic converter had been stolen. I am aware of the fact that your insurance coverage does not cover my loss. The cost for having the converter replaced was $2,500 that I had to turn into my insurance company. Comment please would be appreciated. Thank you.

I actually had the storage empty on the 5th since I paid for the rent for the entire monthe I thought I'd receive some money back but the gal I spoke to on the phone wasn't that nice about telling the 30 day written notice. So with that attitude I will NEVER, EVER !!!! Use or recommend your company again. It's a shame cause I've used you folks several times before but I'm glad there's other storage facility s around. I'm late responding cause of work and moving something you greedy people probably don't understand. I'm sorry but a bad experience goes alongway on Facebook, and word of mouth. Hope you enjoy your greed.

Lighting throughout the facility is very minimal at best. But overall met our needs, just couldn’t get into the units too late without bringing additional lighting
