Can’t really comment on the cleanliness and well maintained question as I did not end up renting the unit. Had issue reaching someone during their office hours. Based on that and the original facility address being incorrect/unable to locate on Maps, it appeared to be a scam. I did eventually speak with someone from the facility. They have corrected the address from MD to WV. They also refunded the initial move in payment and canceled the automatic debits. The individual was pleasant and understanding.

Terri S | Overall ExperienceI searched for a storage unit in Berkeley Springs, WV, this facility was listed, and I booked it. I subsequently realized that their address says “0” Wilkes Street, Berkeley Springs, MD. I made multiple attempts to contact them by telephone during their listed contact hours to confirm the location and left messages and also emailed them. I did not receive a call or response. I searched for the facility in Maps and was unable to locate it. As a result, I called and left another message that I am canceling my reservation and proceeded with renting with a different facility. I attempted to reach them again the next day and was unsuccessful. Warning!! Do not book with this facility. It appears to be a scam!!
