I was out of the state and they wouldn’t let me do anything unless I physically came in sign a piece of paper that took 30 seconds. Not to mention the Manager , Samantha has a terrible attitude and is great frankly a mean person. I will not be renting a U-Haul unit ever again let alone from this location
