It had nothing to do with the staff it had to do with a co-tenant. This is one of the best storage facilities that I've ever used in Fresno and clothes

The staff at Ponderosa Lock Up was always helpful, courteous, professional and friendly... especially Mary! It's a smaller facility; however, that was a plus for me; If I'm ever in need of another storage unit, I would most definitely go back to them.
