SCOTT J | Overall ExperienceStorage units are newer and appear to be in good shape. No controlled access. No office on site. My problem is with water. We had pools of water in our storage unit which the owners claimed were condensation. I've owned a lot of concrete garages before, and I have never seen concrete condensate like that. Pretty ridiculous. And its not like our unit was packed to the gills.
