I had nothing but pleasant experiences with the staff and facilities at this location. Would recommend!
Overall a generally good experience, everyone was very friendly but did have a few problems I felt could have been handled better. Signed up for auto payment when I rented but it didn’t work and when I went to access my storage I was locked out. I understand things happen sometimes but was not happy that nobody was available to let me into my unit when payment was figured out. Also, gate was frequently just standing open when I came or when I drove by. Rented through the winter and several times when I came my lock was frozen shut and I could not get into my unit. I feel someone should have been able to assist me instead of telling me there was nothing they could do.
nothing but problems since day one and still haven't tbeen able to access my unit still code doesn't work again
I have yet to be able to access my unit. The staff was nice but unable to open gate and didn't do anything. I needed to be out of my office space today and so all my things are stacked in mY driveway as I can't access storage. It's disappointing but other than that, everything is good...too bad the issue is a big issue.

Manager did a great job answering all of my questions and getting me set up.
Checked out December 24, 2018 and was still receiving invoice and left for January rent, and I was "officially" moved out of the system until January 12th. That's ridiculous! Im glad Aaron fixed it.
I had a storage unit for about a year here and the staff was always friendly and eager to help. I never had safety or security issues. I would highly recommend using them for any storage needs.
The facility was very nice, and the staff was friendly, helpful and efficient. I recommend uhaul because everyone that I have talked to or had contact with was professional and down right good people.
