Berlin N | Expérience généraleBefore using this storage facility the last 3 years, I had used it also 12 years ago as well. After the first time I was not impressed… lack of security and not well kept up. Because of the convenient location I decided to give them another try after I vowed to never again! This time was a much better experience with improvements on site. Communication was much improved as well! I will defiantly use this location again if the need arises!!
David R | Expérience généraleCommunication with the management was timely and efficient. If storing over winter , be sure to bring a shovel to dig in front of your unit as the plow cannot reach right up to the door. A safe and secured storage facility for my vehicle , I give it a recommendation.
Matthew P | Expérience généraleGreat customer service, always prompt getting a return call. Entry was always smooth. Thank you we had a nice experience with your storage facility.
Rebecca S | Expérience généraleIt was a great unit to store my summer convertible in for the winter. I noted to the manager that some of the insulation was hanging down, which didn’t affect my vehicle. The manager was quick to return my message stating that this was OK, and was a construction issue.
Matthew P | Expérience généraleMoving in and out was really easy, good communication, and storage unit worked well for what I needed.
Andrew T | Expérience généraleEverything went well, Hopefully there is a parking spot next summer
Brian R | Expérience généraleHalf of my things were destroyed by rats, all my my furniture was damaged we have to throw them away. Valuable items we destroyed. The entire place has to quarantine for rats infested. Thank you
Elizabeth J | Expérience généraleGreat service.
GREG H | Expérience généraleThat's one worst places I have rented in the F/M AREA in a long while! The storage unit itself was filled with MICE & their poop. Depending on weather depends on if it's snowin the inside of unit is 2
