Norah is extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the units. I reserved a unit through uhaul and unbeknownst to me the storage unit was closed on the day I was supposed to get my unit. Norah was so kind, took my call on her day off and set me up with my unit. I signed all paperwork the next day. But she didn’t allow me to worry about where my stuff would go and for that I was very appreciative. Very clean units. Great attention to detail by staff. If any problems were to arise they call immediately. Would definitely use them again!
