Jose V |  Expérience générale Great experience with storing my camper there. The new owners have done a great job with improving the facility.Had no issues in 8 months of storage. They offer car repair also which is a plus. The lady at the office is fantastic, very pleasant and professional. If the need happen again in the future i wouldn't hesitate to used then.Thank You.
Edwin L |  Expérience générale Thanks, for the 9 yrs of Service.
Russell C |  Expérience générale Resident here for 6 years until the staff had to whip out there little pricks and kick me out for no reason. Yeah im talking to you Michelle Obama. Very poor management and incompetent staff
Nikloas B |  Expérience générale We were given six days notice to vacate the property because it had been sold. Contrary to Florida law which allows for a minimum of 15 days notice, we were threatened with a fee of $250 plus $50 per day for each day, we stayed there Past the deadline. we moved to another location at a large expense because we were not given the option of staying there.
John H |  Expérience générale Facility decided to move my storage location even though as a long time customer no consideration was given related to allowing my choice or feedback for the new location which I found unacceptable compared to the space assigned with the original agreement. The relocation timeline was also very short notice requiring me to adjust a very full schedule to accommodate the relocation date.
James L |  ExpĂ©rience gĂ©nĂ©rale Great job 🙌🏻🙌🏻❤️
Juan M |  Expérience générale Actually I never parked or stored my RV there since I have not picked it up from the dealer as of this survey. Thanks
Gerard R |  Expérience générale I have used this storage several times and have had nothing but good customer service from office staff and Zach (rest In piece sir. You will be missed) Zach was always so helpful and got me the space I needed. I will rent again in the future.
John H |  Expérience générale I did not even get a chance to store my camper because it was stolen two days after I rented it so never went to facility. And I called and told them that. I also asked about a refund since I never even got to use it. I was told I would have to speak to UHaul and I did they said that this company was an affiliate so they would have to issue me a refund. So three days and I called on Thursday and on Friday. There is no policy against refunds on the agreement. I checked
YOLANDA S |  Expérience générale There’s no place to dump waste and it’s more expensive than places that offer that service. The spaces are close together as well… leaves no margin for error.
AARON F |  Expérience générale I would recommend this storage facility to everyone. I was pleased with the storage facility over all! Thank you! M.
LISA N |  Expérience générale Raising the rent my $50 is out of control. $200 for a parking space is highway robbery!!!!!
michael m |  Expérience générale Very friendly staff and always returns your calls. Would use this facility again
