I see them out in the facility so I know that they don’t just sit behind the counter. They make sure that everyone moving in or out has a clean unit. If there are issues beyond their control such as flooding or a broken access gate they email their customers. This is a very good facility to use.

My battery was stolen once and another time someone tried to take my tanks but were either scared off or discovered that I had them chained down. There was no camera facing the spot at the time and I believe that now has been remedied.
