Terrible experience. Drove all the way here to park my vehicle. Was told by front desk they don’t have any availability and uhaul continues to book people even though uhaul knows they don’t have any parking availability. No other storage had any room available. Would give this experience 1 star for wasting so much time . If they made rental storage aware, I should have been contacted once storage facility received my reservation. I’m under a lot of stress and this situation added another mountain of anxiety. Lady attempted to suggest other lots but they no longer store vehicles, or were completely booked.
