Corneliu B | Expérience généraleI’ve had at least (1) unit and sometimes multiple units at this location over the past 10 years. During my experience with Chenal Storage, I experienced one break-in. The issue was resolved and I was able to move forward. The current property manager, Christina has been the BEST. This property location is very clean and well kept. Christina is very professional and has been available whenever, I’ve had questions or concerns. I highly recommend this location and will most likely use them in the future.
Trina J | Expérience généraleWonderful facility and Christina was most helpful in getting us set up. The free moving truck was icing on the cake!
John S | Expérience généraleWe only left cause we no longer needed a unit but would come back in the future.
Raymond G | Expérience généraleClean, safe, excellent customer service!
Tony P | Expérience généraleChenal Storage was very convenient. The Office Manager was exceptional during move in and move out.
Michael B | Expérience généraleChristine is awesome, we only left for a short time we will be back! Thanknyou
Tony P | Expérience généraleThe best storage experience!
John B | Expérience généraleThe facility presents itself as secure yet it is not. Minimal use of cameras, gate access issues, and units left open exposing other units. My unit was broken into causing significant loss.
Michael C | Expérience généraleAppreciate Christina! She is helpful, accessible and easy to work with. Highly recommend Chenal Storage!
Deann h | Expérience généraleHad it for a year plus and everything was the way I left it. Would use again in a heartbeat
laqruishia B | Expérience généraleChristina was always so helpful. She allowed us to use the moving truck a couple of times to move Christmas storage boxes, which was immensely appreciated. Should we have a need for a storage facility again in the future, we would certainly return to Chenal Storage.
Susan D | Expérience généraleIt is convenient that they have a small box truck that you can borrow.
Don F | Expérience généraleSimply the best!!!
Yolanda S | Expérience généraleAmazing service and extremely affordable! I highly recommend!!
SCOTT W | Expérience généraleChristina is fabulous to work with! She is available and easy to communicate with, yet casual and efficient. Thanks so much for a great storage experience!
