They are poorly run there never is anybody there to help you I’m a 73 year old woman with back issues could not open the door to the unit it was stuck I would not tell anybody to rent from you ask them for my money back they refused. I never moved anything in because I couldn’t get in the unit. That’s why they have an F rating your poorly run. I was the one that rented the unit and I should’ve been able to get in without help. The door was rusted. I could only get it up a little ! I checked other units in other storage places and had no problem lifting the doors, sorry, just my opinion of the unit

Judy E | Overall ExperienceI started the process of leasing a unit. they took payment. I did nit sign any contracts. I decided not to use the facilikty at all. no lock or unit was assigned. I still cannot get my money back. I have tried and tried and filled out informational forms and no one will assist with the refund. I never took possession of the unit or even had a unit number assigned. Run away form this place.
Michael C | Overall ExperienceThere were live rounds of ammo on the floor, gate of driveway left opened. overhead door hard to open, water in the gravel driveway, no office, no rest rooms, lost an queen size mattress which got wet and moldy was ruined. We also had a 2 drawn wooden file cabinet and a pepsi train set that got wet and ruined. It seemed to have moisture on the right-hand side of the unit, for these items were on the right hand side of the unit.
