frank m | Expérience généraleI'll definitely will use tri star in the future if needed
Dominc C | Expérience généraleMaintained a unit with Tri Star for approx 3 years until recently. Never had a single issue the entire time. I always had access to my belongings whenever I needed. If needed, I would get another unit though them.
Samuel M | Expérience généraleI had all my belongings for 7 months not complaining. The price was right, clean, location was good. Easy access. Dominique and Christine are at the office very professional and helpful. Thank you
Mildred M | Expérience généraleDominique is Awesome!
Cedrienna N | Expérience généraleWithin a yr my storage rent went from 135 to 210. There was very little lighting outside that made it scary to go there after dark. The people running it moved their office and it's nowhere near the facility. I was not happy with the constant increase every couple of months so I decided to pull my things out and look elsewhere. I would not recommend this facility to anyone that I know based on my experience. My no on staff helpful is there was noone ever there.
Cindy G | Expérience généralePrice increases were steep and happened too often. Went from $100 to $170 in less than 6 months.
Janice H | Expérience généraleI did not use the storage unit
Shalaman J | RéservationDominique was very helpful. She was pleasant to work with.
Kendall H | Expérience généraleWe found everything in great working order. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Kendall H | RéservationThey were very nice and friendly
Cindy L | Expérience généraleThe Office Manager Dominique is very professional, always so polite and kind, beautiful human being... god blessed her!...the minute she welcomes you is like an angel is there to help. The only reason I am giving this place a 5 star is because of her. The place does not have a restroom facility.
AILEEN B | Expérience généraleDominique at Tri Star was very pleasant and professional. She was very to work with. The facility is air conditioned and very clean!
Allyson N | RéservationPaula, the manager, was extremely helpful and professional. The facility was easily accessible and clean. I would not hesitate to recommend this storage facility to anyone.
Marguerite H | Expérience généralePaula is very nice and helpful. Willing to go above an beyond multiple times just for me and it felt like she really cares.
Justin S | Expérience généraleHad a great experience. Paula is very helpful and pleasant to work with.
JOSEPH M | RéservationI would definitely be using this storage again if I needed too.
