I was met by the new manager and she is personable and I had no problems getting the space I needed.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI was met by the new manager and she is personable and I had no problems getting the space I needed.
Dan S | RéservationI was here for several years at this location first time I came back to check on my things it was just horrible somebody had cut a hole in the very top of the the side of the wall where you can see they were trying to break in I was never notified about that a lot of my stuff on the inside got damaged I never got a reply or response from that I still can't make a payments on it and then we got a new manager and it's like all things just went cattywampus so after I was notified of a fire I just happened to call and see what someone else and they told me about the fire I was asked to come and verify if any of my things were damaged I was never able to get down there I end up getting sick and going in the hospital couldn't make any payments they called me 6 months later and told me that I was 6 months behind how inconvenient is that 6 months later but they said that they have been sending me emails but you also have my phone number call you called to tell me that I was 6 months late but you couldn't call me to tell me that I was 30 days late how inconvenient so when I told them I couldn't make the payments they told me that they were put in my stuff up for auction and then they waited another 4 months to tell me that it was still on hold because the auctioneer or whoever they are were so booked.... Make it make some type of sense Tell for almost a year there was not a payment made you guys contacted me and said that I was over $4,000 in debt and that I needed a pad or my auction are you guys were going to auction off my unit I told you guys do what you had to do but the inconvenience of the fire I should have some type of compensation I was told none of yourself was damaged how do you know did you go in my unit??? So no I don't like the storage unit it was horrible when I first moved in there I'm out of state unable to make it back they sold my things and now they're sending me an email telling me that I moved out I did not move out I did not move out so whoever moved my stuff out let's have let's figure this out together cuz it wasn't me
Seanette C | Expérience généraleNo one answers the phone and no one calls to tell you what unit number is yours, sat outside of the gate for over 30min before cancelling online
ELI K | RéservationFriendly staff, convenient location. Reasonable prices!
steven j | RéservationCurtis was great to work with but rodents infested my storage. Very gross.
Phil R | Expérience généraleGreat units and service. Curtis is great
Adam S | Expérience généralePrice of monthly fee for storage was excellent. Did not increase the monthly amount our stay of 3 years. Very satisfied .
JEANNETTE K | Expérience généraleCurtis was super helpful and sweet! I appreciate the great customer service!(:
Rachel U | Expérience généraleGreat service
WENDY M | Expérience généraleThe staff were super friendly and eager to help.
Doug G | Expérience généraleMove in & move out process was fast & easy. Property manager was great to work with. The facility had a fire. Appears waiting on debris to be removed.
Melodie L | Expérience généraleThe units were dirty most had broken doors and garage in them. There is people living in the empty units and some in units they rented. A tenant who had a unit next to ours was allowed to live there fell a sleep with a cigarette so they say. We lost everything in our unit to a fire. Maintenance/facilities guy could could hardly walk had trouble getting in out of his truck let alone take care of the place. Would not recommend this storage facility to my worst enemy
Kelly D | Expérience généraleNo refund on unused days after being paid in advance. Rentngettongnro high. Losing sight of customer
MICHAEL L | Expérience généraleGreat customer service and affordable prices!
Privacy R | Premières impressionsWe did not use this storage place, calls we`re not returned, store unit inaccessible.
Privacy R | Premières impressionsEvery number you call it goes to one person who never answers the phone. Then I was given my information over the phone and it wasn`t correct. Tried to call back and no one answered
Privacy R | Premières impressionsThe kiosk key board did not work. There were no instructions or option to access a reservation made from U-haul. The customer service line did not answer my calls or return my message.
