Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisIt's been a pleasure dealing with the folks at Naples Mini Storage on Domestic Ave., Naples,FL . Having been a Customer and User of their storage facilities over the past 20 years, I can definitely recommend their Facility and the various Facility Managers that I have had the pleasure to meet and have them help whenever necessary. On a scale of 1 to 10 (with 10 being the best rating), I have no reservations about giving them a rating of 10.
SEMIRA D | Expérience généraleMy experience with Naples mini storage was top notch. The ladies in the office were extremely helpful and outgoing. Give them both a raise! I will recommend Naples mini storage to everyone I know. Dave
David F | Expérience généraleEmma is awesome ....very easy to talk with ....my only complaint is that they will not allow me to store my other boat there ...................other than that I have NEVER had a problem with NMS THANK YOU FOR ALLOWING ME TO STORE MY BOAT THERE
Paul S | Expérience généraleExcellent
Frank Z | Expérience généraleafter break-in, primary door insecure for 5 weeks. office staff apparently did not even know the break-in occurred until around 10 that day when I informed her. brought this to the attention of the supervisor who credited me with $100. I have been a customer for over 20 years, have used several lockers for most of that time. this is a very poorly run, dirty, insecure facility. the fact that several people actually live in some of the lockers is even worse.
STEPHEN S | Expérience généraleI left in the middle of the month! I'm waiting for a refund of my fee! That is only fair! I notified EMMA the day I Left and my unit was left Clean and in order! Where is my refund? Thank you [redacted]
Macasevich J | Expérience généraleGreat Service and the office staff was always very friendly and helpful!
Navarro E | Expérience généraleGood site and very helpful manager
ROBIE M | Expérience généraleGreat location. More reasonably priced than others we have used. Very easy and pleasant process moving things in and out. We will be back.
WILLIAM J | Expérience généraleInexpensive and 24 hour access
