Serious problem with Auto magic door 2 storage containers NOT STAYING OPEN while we're taking our items 2 inside storage. Had 2 REOPEN DOORS at LEAST 3 Dozens times!!! Very Frustrating

I went 2 days over my agreement, explained that I moved and had one month free. Did not need the storage but they insisted on charging almost $200 to remove lock they gave, open EMPTY storage door. Ridiculous.
Stephen S | Overall ExperienceThe lot attended on duty on Sunday around 934 was nasty, rude and kind of racist very unprofessional. I will never ever again use this facility. I did bring into the manager’s attention, but then the Michael he apologized and said he would talk to him whether that happened or not I have no clue this guy does not need to be working with people. He should be working in the cemetery Where he has no contact with life people very nasty super rude.

LYNNE W | First ImpressionsIn getting past the door, there is a very large lip to get over using the rolling cart. This made it incredibly difficult for me to pull the cart into the storage facility every time I had to unload more items and my uhaul was full. The concrete had broken away all along the edge of the door. Otherwise, everything else was great.
