Always punctual in returning calls and answering questions. I had to rent in MD at the same time, no comparison. MD one I to keep calling back and just not the same. Will definitely use Tunnel Hill again.

Donald W | Expérience généraleDesmond was very nice to work with and keeps the facility running smoothly.
William B | Expérience généraleVery easy to arrange storage and contact representative if you have questions. This was the second time we have used this facility. I certainly recommend this site for anyone needing storage. Thanks to all.
Terry S | Expérience généraleProvide one lock of your own, no other security. Extremely well lite. Cameras all around. Top units could have a wider turn area in and out in case of two vehicles. Otherwise great price, Extremely friendly and flexible. Even charges you for only the time you use. I moved out early in the month and received a refund, and I moved in end of a month and was charged a lower price as well.
Ashley M | Expérience généraleGreat communication from the owner throughout our time storing our items. Contactless move in/out. The ease of the whole process was top notch. Highly recommend.
Amber H | Expérience généraleAbsolutely wonderful guy who owns/manages Tunnel Hill Storage. He went above and beyond to get me into a unit.....he was literally on vacation!! Very professional and courteous. Units are easily accessible and clean. Prices are good. I 100% recommend Tunnel Hill Storage!

Terry S | Expérience généraleGreat personal experience. Owner really cares about customers and super responsive!
Leah W | Expérience généraleThis facility is in a rural area so the level of lighting and lack of gated access was to be expected. It was convenient and easy to access. We had our belongings in storage there about 18 months. The manager was extremely helpful and responsive. Even on weekends.
