From the very first time I entered the office to canceling our storage room, we felt like we were welcome. When we needed to upgrade to a larger welcome, the instructions were clear and easy to follow. When we canceled there was absolutely no hassle (we canceled because our new home was almost completed, so we no longer needed storage). Cameras were added to the facilities which makes renters feel a bit more secured. We have and will continue to recommend 40 West Storage and will definitely use them in the future if needed.
