Mark P | Expérience généraleThis storage unit was much better than all the others I have used.,
Ricky D | Expérience généraleAll good
Richard P | Expérience généraleI was very pleased for the price, before the impending price increase. The facility was excellently maintained...
Karimah N | Expérience généraleVery convenient and if I need a storage facility again, this will be it!
Pamela P | Expérience généraleThe date is incorrect I moved out 11/30/2023.
Whitney S | Expérience généraleIt was a pleasure using this Storage facility it was very neat and always clean and well light whenever I had to go in at night. I would highly recommend it to my friends and family.
Merina D | Expérience généraleThank you!
Jorge L | Expérience généraleI was extremely pleased that Martinsville had such a high-end storage facility. It is tractor trailer accessible with U-Haul on site, perfect for doing logistics for a small business. I'm very pleased and will be back if I ever need another storage unit.
Tyler H | Expérience généraleGreat facility!
Roger G | Expérience généraleEverything you needed there to get in and get around as far as carts and hand trucks, very helpful, and the service at the front desk was excellent
Carlton Y | Expérience généraleBest ratings all around.
Eric E | Expérience généraleThe storage facility was awesome, the uhaul truck was crap. It wasnt this facilitys fault at all about the truck. Tom Ross from Coos Bay Oregon and their facilities need serious help with customer service skills. I will never rent a uhaul truck again, but if i need a storage unit, this will be where I go.
Suzanne G | Expérience généraleLove this facility. Even tho I rented the storage unit ,& didn't need it they were very friendly & helpful with the transition. I would highly recommend the Broad Street storage & Uhaul Facility. As I have did business with them before I will again. If I can't use their facility I won't use any. 10 stars
