Marshall P | Expérience généraleNothing but professional and courteous.
Robert J | Expérience généralethe ladies were so helpful with any information needed
Charlene F | Expérience généraleI only subtracted a star because of the office hours. The website states one thing, where the actual hours are different. I guess I should have called instead of googled, but I went over on Saturday around 12:30 PM. The Google’s hours said they close at 2 PM, but it was in fact closed early.
STACY L | Expérience généraleEveryone one was so helpful and kind- I lost my camper and storage buildings in the April storms and they made all of this so easy- wonderful staff
Rena N | Expérience généraleI temporarily moved out of unit 331 to unit 381 so that storage facility ownership could complete storm damage repairs to the row of units that include unit 331. I will be moving back into unit 331 as soon as the repairs are completed.
RICHARD M | Expérience généraleI heartily recommend My Storage 1 to everyone! The staff were always courteous and helpful. The facility is spotless and well-kept. Overall, it was an excellent experience.
Kimi S | Expérience généraleI was pleased with my storage experience there. Nice people, clean, secure facilities, close to home, good price, good location, good value for the money, very punctual about letting me know several days in advance when my next payment was due. I would use them again if needed, and would recommend this place to anyone in southwest Springfield.
GREGORY D | Expérience généraleGreat storage facility and staff, only reason I left was I found a closer unit to the house that's much closer. I highly recommend My Storage.
SCOTT W | Expérience généraleEvery interaction I have ever had was great. If storage is ever needed again this is where I'd come.
Rebecca D | Expérience généraleGood location for me. Did not like the fact the price went up over $20 from when I was renting 2 years ago.
Jeffrey H | Expérience généraleFriendly staff and fair price. Thanks!
