alice p | Overall ExperienceGreat storage facility! It was a bit hot inside at times but stayed within the 65°-85° promised temperature range. It just would have been nice if it was kept below 80° instead.
Kristina C | Overall ExperienceI needed to get my lock cut off and was told that there was not someone there to authorize getting the lock cut off. I was told that because of that, I needed to call a locksmith to get the lock cut off. I had to pay the locksmith $181.90 to get it cut off. The enployee had mentioned that if an employee did it, it would've been a $50 charge anyways. Which is fine, because I lost the key and that's on me What I don't think I should have to do is eat the other $131.90 because the right person was not there on site to do the job I needed done. When it is a job that is supposed to be offered by the facility. I would really like to be reimbursed for the difference, because it was not my fault that someone was not on site to authorize it. I can send the invoice if needed.

UhAul advertises that they are there to make moving easier and less stressful and they only made it more stressful and almost impossible to get back on your feet after a move.

The only thing I would like to have had differently was that it was rather warm inside the building.
