JEFFERY C | Overall ExperienceOn 7/22/22 at 11:01 a.m., I called Tigers Eye Storage and told the person on duty (a lady) that I would be cancelling my (3) units (E-9; E-10; and F-21) as of 7/24/22. She told me to leave the units open and deposit the locks and keys into the "safe" unit by the gate. I did that on 7/24/22. I asked her if I needed to do anything else. She said "no". On Monday, August 1, 2022 I received an "Auto Payment" electronic statement from Tigers Eye storage for each of these units for the month of August. I called you and you said that it would be taken car of. Now I have received the following message: Dear Tom Bailey, Our records indicate that you recently moved out of your storage room(s) at Tigers Eye Self Storage @ Trenton located at 1305 Augusta Rd., Greenwood, SC 29847 on 8/4/2022. We hope that everything went smoothly with your move and you were completely satisfied. Please take a moment to leave feedback on your experience at the storage facility for future customers to read. I DID NOT MOVE OUT ON 8/4/22 - I MOVED OUT ON 7/24/22. I WILL NOT BE CHARGED FOR ANY OF AUGUST RENT. RESEND THE LETTER TO ME WITH THE CORRECTED DATE OR I WILL BE COMPELLED TO TAKE THIS ISSUE TO THE AUTHORITIES. It was through the lack of action on your part that you did not get to this until 8/4/22 and I will not be penalized for this. Tom Bailey 502-500-9291
