I live out of state, however, EVERYTIME I asked to see a picture of the unit to make sure my lock was in place, she sent within minutes. Always cheerful to hear from me and has been so accommodating. I rented for almost two years without an issue and my belongings were in tact when I moved them out! No water damage or odor!!!!!
