Jessica G | Expérience généraleaffordable and easy to access
Mellany D | Expérience généraleI rented a storage unit here for many years. The office staff were always very friendly. I recommend using this storage space for your own personal needs.
John M | Expérience généraleThank you, Brian and GRM for an enjoyable storage experience. Appreciate your help! All the best -
Sarah S | Expérience généraleI liked having drive up access to my unit whenever I needed it. After almost five years I became very friendly with management staff
peter t | Expérience généraleThey completely ripped me off. Charged me hundreds of dollars for a unit I could not access.
Chelsea G | Expérience généraleEasy breezy experience at Acton Personal Storage! Had precious heirloom furniture stored here 2019-2024. Moved these pieces out recently because I now have the space to use them at home, but would happily store things at Acton in the future. Setting up the storage, accessing the unit at all times of day, and eventually closing out the account couldn't have been easier. Highly recommended!
Keating M | Expérience généraleWhile the halls were well lit, havng no light in the unit was hard.
Thomas G | Expérience généraleNice professional people. Good neighbors… Will use facility again. Thank you. Chris W

Gary P | Expérience généraleVery easy to work with, everyone was very accommodating and friendly
Elizabeth N | Expérience généraleFacility appeared secure but it could have used more lighting to see inside the storage unit. Overall, great experience. Thank you.
Alban C | Expérience généraleWorking for an Attorney who is responsible to clean out an estate, we had a last minute need for a storage unit. Brian was extremely helpful and willing to find accommodations for our needs. There was an additional last minute need for a 2nd storage unit and he once again was able to move things around to help us. We will definitely be using this storage facility again. Thank you, Tracy Generations Law Group
