Arthur DuLong, the GM of the location, was excellent! He made the sign up process very easy, and did a great job making sure I had all the necessary information. I greatly appreciated his willingness to explain everything and his friendly personality!

Mark R | Expérience généraleHonestly, I chose UHaul because I needed a storage space quickly and as convenient to my home as possible. The facility and staff were fine and friendly. I moved out, though, because after being there just over a year, there were at least two rises in the monthly fee. Perhaps storage places intend for customers to be short term, but for those who plan long-term - it's not favorable to continually be asked to pay more for the same space. Thank you, regardless.

He was there on site for me every single time and if ever I would panic, he would help me to gather my thoughts. He's professional, kind and just a rock star kind of person. He truly is the backbone of that location. I believe I was there 10 years and witnessed him in good times and in bad, and he always kept a great demeanor and character and he is just such an asset to your company. He is the lighthouse!!!
