Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisVery helpful and nice employees! I would recommend this place for your storage needs.
RANDALL T | Expérience généraleBy far and absolutely the best facility in South Asheville/ Fletcher/ Mills River area. Not a friendlier group on the planet. We had numerous units over the last 13 or so years and this past year had an additional 2 units in the climate controlled building. Impeccably clean and SAFE. Gate at front and cameras all around keep your possessions safe, dry and pest free. Melissa and Paul are great folks, even Mitchell keeps the place well run. Highly recommend Arden Asheville Self storage
MARK R | Expérience généraleMy favorite service about this facility location is that they have remote features to assist even if there isn’t anyone available physically at the office. Even though they have permanent business hours, they always answer the phone and will make themselves available to assist after hours! Thanks so much for the experience!
Ashley D | Expérience généraleI had a horrible day and Mr.Mitchell was more than helpful. Because I was going to get into town late, he remote checked me in and told me I could call with any questions. Would definitely Recommend!
Danielle S | RéservationExcellent service. Owners are available with answers and solutions - and they do so with a smile. Extraordinary!
ELIZABETH B | Expérience généraleI don’t have any thing negative to say but I can say that it’s different prices from different ppl... but thanks for everything
LAVONDA T | Expérience généraleGreat experience and we'll be back if we need a storage unit again.
NICK R | Expérience généraleThanks
SALVADOR M | Expérience généraleThe staff was friendly and extremely helpful. The unit itself was spotless and easy to access. It's nice supporting a family owned business and they always answered the phone too. 11/10!
Andrew b | Expérience généraleThere was a leak in the unit when we moved in and it was supposed to be fixed. When we moved out we discovered a lot of damaged boxes, books, etc as well as mold on furniture, clothes, and on the Walls
MICKY W | Expérience généraleNo reason for me comment.
Melanie M | Expérience généraleExcellent facility, friendly staff, clean and a good location
