I was not informed about the climate control facility being broke for the entire time I rented the unit but was required to pay for a service that was not provided. The storage fee should have been adjusted accordingly.

VINCENT D. | Overall ExperienceWhile trying to remove my items from the storage unit they had a bunch of U-Haul trucks parked down in front of the units so we had to go between trucks carrying stuff out to our trailer and car instead of being able to back down to our outside unit.

Chris G. | First ImpressionsWhen reserving a storage unit, the dispatch office stated a 10'x10' unit was available. When arriving at the storage facility, two 5'x10' units were actually available. This needs to be explained by dispatch when explaining the availability to customer.

AUTUMN H. | Overall ExperienceThere were issues with the payment process. At least 5 times I paid and later was locked out. Had to process my card a second time. Was under the impression I was charged twice. Recently, the district manager discovered the issue. The clerks were not completing the charge process. They were not saving the charge to complete the payments. My issue was how the managers and clerks would not try and investigate and solve the problem. This went on for months.
PEGGY T. | Overall ExperienceMoving from out of state. Reserved a specific size unit for what we needed and what we could afford. Received a confirmation of the reservation showing unit size and cost. Upon arrival we were notified that the unit was not available but we could get a more expensive unit. Showed my confirmation of the reserved unit and was told there was nothing they could do. Ultimately we had to take the more expensive unit because we had to unload our belongings. We were never informed during the online reservation that the units are basically a wait list. We we told this by the GM on the phone as we were waiting. This in our opinion is poor business practice. On a positive note, your employee, Jeff, was outstanding! He helped in every way he possibly could to accommodate our needs. He went above and beyond. He is the type of employee that we don't see much of these days and should be commended for his hard work and positive demeanor.
CINDI K. | First ImpressionsThe staff who helped to secure the unit was poorly trained and there wasn't anyone to assist for long periods of time. Took almost 2 hours to rent the unit and my payment information was not entered into the system resulting in the unit being locked out while I was out of town. Simple fix, if you don't have time to train them, then give them a step by step user guide for the system.
