These people quoted me one price and tried to charge me $300 more they’ve been filling my credit card for this without talking to me I would not recommend using this company to anybody

Joseph S. | Overall ExperienceI've had 3 units or so for more years than I can count at the facilities on Swannanoa River Road in Asheville. I've had some bad fortune of late and fell behind. When a friend volunteered to help me out recently, I stood beside the manager as he told my friend that he wanted me out ASAP and that I was not welcome to rent storage there or at any UHAUL facility. For the countless thousands of dollars I've spent with UHAUL this derision was something I will never forget. Your employee of Mike Miller as a manager is a disastrous public relations move in my experience. I would recommend JD as a manager. All the other staff have been more than pleasant to deal with.

Loaders hit my truck and never repaired it, call center mid-represented times, storage unit was difficult to access and billing continued to be messed up. Workers were nice but company was horrible.
