the storage facility is garbage! lol had problems with the door from day 1, the tracka that the door slid up on were loose and everytime you opened or closed the door the track would separate and the door would come apart, I had to wedge things I was storing between the wall and door to keep the door from coming off track. the security cameras were new however they were not connected to any screen for viewing or monitoring so we're they hooked up?? The electric gate quit working and was left open i was there December 7th the gate was wide open i brought it up to the manager she informed me that they were aware and the parts had been ordered, as of yesterday the gate was still broken and wide open so almost 2 months the property was left wide open. I had several boxes that held spices and other cooking related items that had been destroyed by rodents bags chewed through boxes chewed through.... the woman who managed the storage facility also managed the apartment complex she was nice and helpful however her hands were tied alls she could do was relay information to the owners of the storage facility and my opinion the owners suck they are slumlords I've also informed U-haul as to the condition and maintenance of tge property and I'm working to get it removed from uhauls line of facilities available. rent at your own risk.
