Most everything is in good shape, water damaged items were tossed, i didnt care about them. I had asked for a larger unit which lincoln uhaul did not have available. So I moved out and happy to have found the right size unit at a better price.

Made a bad moving experience with apartment complex tolerable, knowing I could rent truck for week at a flat rate plus mileage while I tried to resolve issue. Didn’t have to settle for a bad lease, I have a month to find a better place without additional cost, while my belongings are safely stored. Thank you U-Haul team for being courteous and professional.
