The only reason for our lower rating was because we had a rodent issue - trap near our unit got damaged and when we went to empty it, there were mouse dropping everywhere. One of my boxes also has noticeable water damage (possibly with rodent damage). Place is well run and organized, we just left a little disappointed, especially with so many indoor places to choose from as competition.

Hugh M | âExpĂ©rience gĂ©nĂ©raleâI tried to skips 1 and 3 because I was in the middle on both. Office hours were fine, cutting off access at 8 is a bit early for me, Iâm more of a night owl. Facilities were fairly well maintained, but mice were an issue. Previously, I would have said that the overall quality would be above average, but with the rental increase the value doesnât seem as good. I understand costs are going up everywhere, but it would have been nice to some more maintenance costs going back into the facility with the rental increase. The staff was great. Please note that the locker latch is missing one of the carriage bolts. Thanks, kile
