The convenience was there it was close to my home. But lack security. The gate has been broken for at least 3 months. I saw people driving in and out looking, and saw a person I believe was stealing car parts off of our car. And I did call the office and tell them about it.

Also I was 2 days past my payment day when I moved out and they made me pay $100! Also ONE TIME in two years I was late on the payment and they put a lock on it, took 4 days after I paid them to get out off, and I called every day! I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone!

Many repeated notifications to office staff has been met with same reply: indifference, and "we';re waiting on parts", and "your contract doesn't include security". After 2 1/2 years at this facility, took my business elsewhere. Many other storage facilities with similar price, and SECURE lockup.
