The storage facility was damp. They apparently have not had a furnace working for a year and no guarantees they would have the furnace working by this winter. Meanwhile, thinking that won't be a problem - the storage rooms are below ground level and without moving air had a dampness to the walls and stale air -- thus, this was no better than the barn I have on my property. Very disappointing.

RICHARD Y | Overall ExperienceHeat has been broken for two years with multiple calls to have it fixed. Overhead door does not work properly and has been in that condition for months with multiple requests for repair. Office hours are not consistent with office workers.
TIMOTHY J | Overall ExperienceThe HEATED unit I was renting froze Hundreds of dollars worth of damage. The entry door to the unit has a window that was missing and covered with cardboard. The office staff was great, no issues there. Definitely did not receive what I had paid for.
