JOANNE V | Overall ExperienceTerrible customer service. I scheduled a reservation for move in on a Saturday. Business hours are posted 9-5 on Saturdays. When we arrived, the business office was closed with no one there and we would not get into the gated storage area. I called the business number and was told they would see where the person supposed to be working was. Then got a call back stating that they’re actually closed some Saturdays, although this wasn’t posted on the door with the business hours. I inquired why I was authorized for a reservation/move-in if they weren’t actually scheduled to be open, and the person blamed this issue on U-Haul. But originally said they needed to check on who was working?! We had to go to a separate business location to actually complete the reservation, without first seeing the unit, as we had arrived with two separate vehicles packed with belongings to store and didn’t want to waste our time. Very unorganized/unprofessional.

KEVIN H | Overall Experience3 lot raises from the time I arrived to the time I left in just a couple years. $55 for a patch of dirt that is covered in fallen sticks, thrown about gravel, debris, leaves, trash from the boat garage company next door. I started at $30 and finished at $55. Just excessive and disappointing.

NORA S | Overall ExperienceIt has been very frustrating that since this storage facility was bought out from it's previous owners, that we had several price increases in a short amount of time. The main reason we chose Fort Knox was that it was NOT OWNED & operated by the Uhaul monopoly. No thank you. We will not recommend, even though the facility was fine for what we needed.
