Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThis is a great place to store your stuff! Easy access, paved surface, well lit areas are a few of the things we appreciated. The staff was very friendly and helpful as well. I highly recommend this place, and would definitely go there again if I need a storage unit! T Medical Lake, WA
Mark T | Expérience généraleI had a unit since 2023 and have always been very pleased with the storage personal they were always very kind and helpful. Thank you
Kallyn W | Expérience généraleThis place had a great move in cost for the first 12 months. Employees were always kind and helpful. Would recommend for anyone looking for storage
Rosalie T | Expérience généraleI would like to compliment Angelia P the storage associate for her time, intelligence and understanding in helping me rent my storage unit. I really like how thoroughly she explained everything. Thank you Angelia your great!
Jackie W | RéservationEasy to do business there.
GREGORY H | Expérience généraleOffice staff were awesome , everything went great
Melvin S | Expérience généraleThank you
Kate M | Expérience généraleThey are a rude unprofessional and false advertising I wouldn't send anymore there, charge me for a whole month and two days later charged me for a whole month again !!!! And locked up my shed two days after I move in !!!
Jeremey H | Expérience généraleGreat convenience store facility. Miranda was very helpful.
Keith F | Expérience généraleAngela was extremely helpful and friendly…. She made moving in and out very easy… thank you
Gail D | Expérience généraleOnce we got the auto-pay figured out everything went splendidly. They run a tight ship and its obvious from its cleanliness and helpful staff. Security is exceptional and put our minds at ease. Kudos to all of them! The Sweitzers
Cierra S | Expérience généraleI needed a storage unit temporarily while I built y own storage on my property. Diamond storage is close and convenient. this site is new to the area and provided a great value.
Carl A | Expérience généraleThe Unit was great and the facilities were well kept and secure. The only issue I had was during check in. The attendant told me to wait outside in the snow while they finished a call. Several minutes later I was about to drive off and then she opened the door. After which the process to get a unit just took longer than I think it needed to be. Much of the process could be done online to streamline the checkin. Or at least let your customers wait in a comfortable location!
Spencer B | Expérience généraleFacility was always clean. Driveways wide and clear. Staff friendly and courteous. One time I forgot to replace my lock. Received a call that day. Shows they keep an eye on things. Much appreciated. Exit was smooth, so far. As long as my autopay got stopped. Wont know that for a day or so.
