Initial rental procedure was not done properly. When I went in the following morning, the manager was aware of the error and quickly resolved the problem. All staff were very nice though the 1st one that helped appeared to be training. The biggest problem was when showing the location of my unit, they did not tell me it was at another location! Very confusing.

Someone broke in and stole most of my things in the unit yesterday and it definitely had to be a inside job unfortunately a employee had to of told a friend etc. I can't say for sure but it was only my unit they went right to mine and only 2-3 people have seen my unit or what I had. It was decent of them to get me to a different unit that's gated but what a hassle and it could have been avoided.

LEON V | Overall ExperienceWe used 2 of your storage units for 4 years. Paid around $16,000. Most of the items went in the trash or donated. We could have bought everything new as there was mice poo 💩 on most everything. They had chewed through most boxes. It just grossed us out and figured their poo ruined most things.
MICHAEL J | Overall ExperienceI have rented with U-Haul for over 20 years and have had excellent experiences in almost every case. There have been a few minor glitches as well, but that’s just part of life. Sometimes you have to wait in line for quite a while and a few times the rental equipment has had a few dings & dents but nothing that got in the way of being able to utilize it for its intended purpose. I’ve rented storage units, trailers and trucks mostly with other equipment occasionally. I feel that the company has ALWAYS MADE AN EFFORT to provide very good customer service as well as their rentals. I would definitely recommend U-Haul to anyone I know for whatever the specific rental they had.

PETE W | Overall ExperienceI miss guessed how much space I needed to rent, I called to upgrade my unit, The lady on the phone told me that even tho I paid for this month it wasn't prorated.. which sucked, I have to be out this week so I needed it... I went in to get the new unit, A man Named Cory helped me out and even helped with the issue... Then the next day I went in early to move stuff from 1 unit to the other which luckily was just on the other side a few spaces down... I ran into him over there and I was told I'd get a new lock for the new unit.. well there wasn't one and I told him, he looked around and went to grab me one, Cory was very helpful and as a Manager at Ross his Customer service was amazing, he figured out a way to help a situation I had and even got me a lock I never received in the new unit. He is an amazing Employee and I appreciate his time with helping this single mother who has lil time to move everything out of my place less stressful.
