Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisGreg Horning is excellent! Throughout the 10 years that I used your facility he was always very helpful and kind!
Jeffrey L | Expérience généraleI was thoroughly impressed with the entire facility and the grounds. It is completely fenced in with a secure gate, in a wonderful neighborhood. I looked at a 20X30 unit which had access on both ends! Greg was lightening fast in his responses to my inquiries and though he was not personally available, he opened the unit for me to inspect prior to signing a deal. It is a very nice, clean facility with multiple size dollies available for free use as well.
Dita C | RéservationVery prompt and friendly service.
Andrew A | Expérience généraleWe really like this facility! It worked perfectly for what we needed. It was always clean and well kept grounds. I would definitely recommend!
Jim & | Expérience généraleIt was a pleasure dealing with Graig, professional, and very helpful. An amazing how available he was to speak with.
Mike M | Expérience généraleItems were safe, secure and well kept for the ten years I had the unit. I think it's great considering I had a lot of vintage items that were delicate. No problems. Appreciate that it was well maintained property and secure. Thank you!!
Linda M | Expérience généraleEverything was great. Management was available and helpful whenever needed.
Alexandra B | Expérience généraleGreg my property owner was super friendly and professional and very easy to work with. Without hesitation I would recommend Chagrin Valley Storage to others
BRIAN R | Expérience généraleVery easy use. We had multiple units and never had any issue.
Stephen S | Expérience généraleI have always been impressed with Greg. We rented a storage unit for my mom’s things for some years. Greg called me when a unit the size I wanted opened up. This time my stay wasn’t very long, but I was so glad that Greg was still there, because I knew everything would go smoothly. His reliability and pleasant nature were a plus. I will definitely recommend the facility mainly because of Greg! The facility has always been spotless and extremely well maintained.
Jane Z | Expérience généraleGreat experience. Easy to set up rental, management was easy to contact and helpful. Facility very nice and reasonably priced. Would absolutely rent here again
Troy C | Expérience généraleWould rent from here again if I need another storage unit! No complaints!
Molly S | Expérience généraleGreg is very helpful in including all needs for my 1st experience in using a storage locker. I have decided to move from the area and he was very professional in providing advise. He even took the extra care to plow away some snow at my unit on my move-out day!
