Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisJust wanted to let you know there were 6 bums going through garbage and one taking a poo in the parking lot. I did call the cops and they showed up. They suggested you hang a no trespassing sign. Other than that we enjoyed our U-Haul experience despite the ruff takeoff. Diane is stellar and hopefully we won’t need another storage but if we do we will defiantly be back. Thank you!
CHARLES W | Expérience généralenot friendly, and very high prices, take your $ for the whole month even if you don't use it.
Cameron T | Expérience généraleOn the app not website
Anna M | Déménagement en ligneI have my things in my storage room and they open my boxes and change my mattress then scatter all my clothes and domp on the floor. They took my CDs and can't fine my TVs remotes.
yaimundow g | Expérience généraleI was very pleased with the services rendered by U-Haul, and with the friendliness of the staff and the convenience during the time of my usage.
Vina L | Expérience généraleThe elevator was out of order when I was trying to empty one of my storage units. Item in storage was too heavy to take down the stairs. By the time I was able to get the item out of storage I was charged for another month. Really inconvenient and costly
James J | Expérience généraleOnly a day late because uhaul decided to take my money a day before it was due and won't return it after we moved out .I was having vehicle issues
Bonita R | Expérience généraleIn the summer the temperature inside the unit was way too hot.
Matthew D | Expérience généraleThese units are way to expensive
Philip L | Expérience généraleI was actually assisting someone with this U-Haul, I can only say the staff I had to deal with was helpful and thoughtful. I hate that the person I was assisting did not do her part in paying. I hope I am not judge try extremely hard for allowing myself to get a debt that’s not worth my time or money! Hopefully U-Haul what the funds owed to them for this unit!
Melissa W | Expérience généraleManager and workers were all but maybe 1-2 people extremely rude and unkind and many times unprofessional.
Cameron F | Expérience généraleThanks for all the help and working with me and may God bless
Vincent G | Expérience généraleSuper responsive. Always friendly. Most important is the place is very clean.
donna w | Expérience généraleYou need to advertise and give incentives to get people to apply and work for u-haul. Having 2 employees is unacceptable- I spent over 30 mins waiting to get assistance AND then only assistance occurred because I went outside to ask one of two guys if they could come in and help me. Then the one who came inside to assist me (though very friendly) he wasn’t trained to do what I needed help with so it took almost 1.5 hrs to get a storage unit set up. Again he wasn’t trained very friendly but to reserve a truck and storage unit should not have had taken 2+ hours.
