Hello, I had a surprise after I signed my contract at Rhydy Drive Self Storage! I was told there is ceiling work that needs to be done in my unit. They rented the unit to me and waited until I had my stuff in there before telling me that. I absolutely wouldn't have rented the unit had I been told beforehand that work needed to happen on it after I moved in. (Also, it seems odd that the work didn't happen when the unit was unoccupied, before it was rented to me...) I would have greatly appreciated knowing this information in advance.

Those that work there are professional, friendly and ready for any of the questions we had while we used the facility. We would use the storage facility again and will refer it to anyone looking for a storage facility in the area.
