One in particular event, I had not fully slid the locking mechanism on my storage unit one evening and it was over 2 weeks before I returned. This facility does a security walkthrough of each building, every day and when units are found to not be secure, a security lock is put on for the safe keeping of our items inside. This was so very much appreciated. I cannot express how thankful I was for the added security measures. The team I worked with each and every time was also amazing. I had interior storage units. It was nice to have a card to ease of access into the facility. If you are on or near Port Townsend, WA, this facility is great for storage and renting trucks!!

BRUCE K | First ImpressionsI wish I could remember the guys name who has been there forever. I would (and have) give him 5 stars all day long. I do have to say my move out experience wasn’t the greatest. I cleared out my unit, walked down to the office to ask for a broom so I could sweep and to let them know I was out. The guy (new) was friendly-ish. When I returned the broom he said he would mark my unit empty. Well 2 days later I saw that Uhaul had taken another payment so I called and was told my unit still showed active. So he (the seasoned employee) corrected it and issued me a refund, which he said would take a few days to show up in my account.
