The entrance to the unit does not have a smooth transition. It is very difficult to hold the heavy door open while you are trying to keep things from falling off of the hand cart and muscle the cart over a very non user friendly doorway.

My account was paid up through 8/28 2004 I put my girlfriends belongings in the locker, I moved to Wisconsin my x girlfriend was to pick up her things by 8/28/2024 .she moved almost everything but left a few things behind. So I filled out an abandoned locker form the end of August as I am in Wisconsin and can't clean out what she my x left behind.
GREGORY G | Overall ExperienceThe way we were treated and talked too by the Spokane manager was so rude and disrespectful. Resulting with damage on both sides of the car. Plus the truck dolly broke three time causing two days delay and having to reschedule our unpacking plans because of the mistakes made by manager and lost time and money paying for motel costs, extra time waiting for road side help. Everything was documented and pictures take along with receipts. The emotional and physical toll has been traumatic. And we will not ever go back to u haul and will warn others about our experience. Just hate menu's. Trailer was good. thanks
