Roof was leaking, mice infested. Everything I had in the unit was covered in urine and feces only being in there a month. Not only that, it was hard to get into the unit because there are vehicles parked all throughout. Very dissatisfied with the quality of the facility and the lack of communication I got with the workers. It took over a month to finally get my contract cancelled after reaching out multiple times.

I spoke to Brandon the first time he said he would call me back he never did I left 3 messages to cancel the unit and was charged 75 on May 2nd. I would like a refund. I asked for a refund and received no reply to the email.
