SAMUEL F | Overall ExperienceThis storage facility was recommended as part of my Uhaul trailer rental. I packed up my first load in the car and drove to the address indicated at 2:30 pm on a Monday, which is within normal business hours. I was greeted by a locked door with the same phone number listed above. I tried repeatedly calling the number and was transferred to a mumbled, five-second voicemail that gave me no information about the business. After trying the door and phone number several more times, I relented and called Uhaul to move my reservation to a different storage facility. Will never book with an E-Z Self Storage facility again.
Mitch v | ReservationNo.it did not at all. I rented at Uhaul eventually. Waiting for lease to be sent and truck full of items. Of coarse a blizzard hits. My phone wouldn't respond to the email signing lease while driving in horrible weather. I asked if anyone was in office. Told no.sorry I can't get app to work ..good luck. Meanwhile l e my stuff soaked

Monica T | Overall ExperienceStaff is rude and completely unprofessional. Facility is run down. Gate was broken several times and I could not access my unit. Lastly I moved out around mid-October and notified management that I was out. They still charged my card Nov 1 for the unit.

Always had problems with the gate code, and when I would call they never answered, or returned my call. Their the worst I’ve ever incountered. Don’t use EZ storage!!!!!
