Except for one employee in the storage area who told us if we left anything in the area next to the carts where people drop off stuff, that we would be charged 100 bucks. No where is that stated in the contract. Others obviously do it. People take what they want. Why would we be charged. She was very rude and hostile. I'm sorry I didn't get her name. She was petite in stature and had pink or red colorful hair. Other than all the walking, it was great. Felt like my things were secure and safe.

I had a personal experience when I forgot my key to my unit. WOW so surprised to actually get help as I was already embarrassed I was treated with real compassion! Moving your life around is difficult enough. They understand. Thank you!
John F | Overall ExperienceThank you... Great experience and nice facility The access hours are good but could be even better. There were a couple of times when I wanted to get in but could not. Of course this was pretty late, but my work hours were not the normal 9:00 to 5:00
