Donna C | Expérience généraleThe ease of being able to rent a storage unit was great. Staff was super friendly and within a few min on the phone I was able to get the right size unit for our belongings. The facility was clean and I would definitely recommend renting from this storage facility again.
Sheena H | Expérience généraleEverything in mt unit was ruined by Rat feces. I am seeking damages
Madison S | Expérience généraleThe storage unit was supposed to be for my son. Because of my son’s multiple Mental illnesses; he could not understand the rules. We were evicted less than 24 hours. I had to pay a locksmith to drill out the lock because my son was run off the property and lost the key. There were many units being used by the homeless to sleep in. I believe they have been evicted also. No Place for the Poor and Homeless. WOW!
Ronda S | Expérience généraleVery helpful and kind.
Terry G | Expérience généraleNever had any problems during my time renting here and the gentlemen that overseen the facility was more than hospitable and polite and if i were to ever end up in the Springfield area again this would be where i would rent from hands down!!!
Torey W | Expérience généraleI moved out before the previous month was due but have been charged for the next month because no one reads emails and it's hard to get someone on the phone when you work.
Brandy G | Expérience généraleI haven't got to actually use the storage facility yet but if its anything like the online service its gonna b sweet as pie ..lo reseved a storage unit & a 26' box truck no issues whatsoever storage was straight forward & to the point ..couldn't ask for a better experience .. Thanks pack n stack you made my life a lot easier...
