Jim K | Expérience généraleExcellent facility and customer services. Highly recommend!
Melissa M | Expérience généraleI had a lease for this storage for 9 years. It was convenient to my home. Both Greta and Jerry were excellent in any communication necessary. Thank you very much over the years!!
GARY S | Expérience généraleThe owners are absolutely amazing! They were friendly, quick to respond and always professional. They have security cameras, allow 24/7 access, and have lights inside the units that come on at dusk. By far the best experience I’ve ever had with a storage facility. If I’m ever in need of a storage unit in the future, they will be my first call.
Jonnie B | Expérience généraleHello, I was very happy with everything, I really enjoyed the whole experience with this facility. ( the moving of all my junk out sucked, that was the only bad experience I had! ). But I would let anyone know to use this place, A-1 in my book! Loved that my unit was next to a electrical outlet. even though I never needed it, I was glad it was there. Only wish I had more stuff to keep using unit!! Thank you, PS... fyi this 10x30 unit I used was $15 bucks cheaper than the others out there with the same size and 29 west has a lofty ceiling! (Shame my sister sold me my storage back, I rather enjoyed your place.) thx again, Jeff
Jeff R | Expérience généraleIt was a handy location for us. We stored items from our house to put it up for sale and then moved into a newer home. Unit was always cool and dry all summer.
RANDALL R | Expérience généraleOverall, it was a wonderful experience renting at West 29 Storage. On a personal note, I’m terrified of spiders; after years of storage, I never saw a single spider or web. Great place to store.
CHRISTINE S | Expérience généraleClean facility, no issues, 10' doors are perfect for storing larger items which sets you apart from other storage options in area
TODD P | Expérience généraleVery good, clean and secure. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend
SALLIE H | Expérience généraleI was very happy with my experience there. The owners were so friendly and worked with our situation. The area was very clean and well maintained. We had a lot of spiders though at times on the door.
SARA C | Expérience généraleJerry was available and helpful in securing my unit for me and closing my unit out. Answered questions I raised, and responsive to my needs.
