So much run around on thinking we needed an access code to get in the place. People answering phones have no clue. Had to do the running myself only to find out there is no gate. Instructions were terrible!!

Having the chance to talk to someone helpful is almost impossible. Calling the place is useless. So glad to no longer be dealing with this company, especially this particular location.
Blake G | Overall ExperienceWe live 2 hours away.. we had called and made payment arrangements.. they told us they had locked our storage but would get someone there immediately to unlock it upon payment.. we paid them and drove the 2 hours.. when we arrived they hadn't unlocked our unit.. it was impossible to get ahold of anyone at the store so we had to drive out of the way to the store.. they had no one that would drive out there to unlock it so they gave us the keys which resulted in us driving back to the unit and back again to the store out of our way for the 2nd time to drop the keys back off at the store.. that was after driving 2 hours and waiting over an hour for someone to show up and unlock it that never happened.. im also confused as to why when we emptied our first unit we were told our unit would be pro rated for emptying it before the month was up but this time the lady was rude and said "that won't be happening. We should have known it was going to be a problem from the start when we requested a unit big enough that had a full size garage door.. we were assured thats what we were given.. long story short we were given a unit the size of a closet so we had to rent 2 of them and still had to go through a completely different place to get a unit that we actually asked for to put our big stuff in.. this experience was a nightmare from the beginning and each month or encounter it never got better.. will never go through uhaul again
melissa a | Overall ExperienceWhen I arrived I was told the unit I was supposed to move into was not available. I then ended up scheduling another unit with them and the code to get in was never given to me. When I called they wouldn’t answer for the first few tries so I ended up scheduling it with another storage unit company. I then tried to call to cancel this unit and was put on hold for 30 minutes after which they tried to tell me just to call back later. I asked if they could just cancel my unit and if they would refund the $11 insurance fee. They never refunded my fee which makes me think they never cancelled my unit. I will be calling to verify this as well. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a uhaul location.

dang x | Overall ExperienceThe People working need help, they are understaffed. garrage door was broken for months. Our lock was cut off and a u haul lock put on and charged to us without prior notice and Items were stolen.
