  • AWFUL! DO NOT BOOK! showed up three hours late with the stupidest lie and a Polar Pop. Unprofessional and RUDE! Refused to unpack all of my stuff. DO NOT BOOK. SAVE YOURSELF THE STRESS. Pay a couple dollars more for any other mover. Would give less than 1 star if possible. Terrible experience.

  • Didn’t set a time to be there, was worried they weren’t going to show but eventually did. Not good at packing. Our truck had a ton of room in it and they said it was full. I had to spend 3 hours taking things out and packing it properly to make everything fit. They told me mirrors and TVs would break, I secured them properly and nothing broke on my drive. They didn’t try very hard at the truck packing process. Swearing a lot while talking to each other around us in the house, not very professional. Communication was not ideal.

  • Was told they would be here at 3pm, didn’t arrive until almost 6pm. Although quick moving, found pieces of gym equipment which had come off that were left and during unloading placement of items was lazy, like putting parts of bed Frame on a couch or placing couch cushions on the floor and leaving them there. Just didn’t feel like my stuff was cared for as much as i expected. Guess you get what you pay for

  • Overall they were great especially considering the Florida sweltering sauna type heat and also going up and down three flights of stairs while doing it. The only reason I gave four stars on service is because as we are unpacking boxes now and looking at some of our more delicate items canvas on one of the paintings has a tear hole that occurred in the moving process one of the drawers to our storage part of the bed has a deep scratch on the felt fabric that wasnt there before had to throw out a pillow and have maintenance come and bleach door due to blood borne pathogens hope whoever it was that was bleeding is ok we are still unpacking and may find more but still great service overall they just may need to be a little more delicate with certain items but overall appreciate their help and they were super nice and friendly to talk to Would definitely hire again super fast completed a two bedroom move out move in on two separate days within 2 hours each day thanks again

  • I value communication and fairness, so this review is based solely on my experience. My move was scheduled for 1200 PM, but the crew arrived at 1221 PM without any call or text to notify me of the delay. Unfortunately, several of my belongings were damaged during the move. My lamp was destroyed, my brand new dresser was chipped, multiple items were scuffed, and glasses that were securely wrapped in bubble wrap were broken. I have photos documenting the damage. While I understand the move was challenging due to elevator access and that the job ran longer than expected, the most concerning issue occurred at the end. I was asked for the payment code before the job was completed and was told only a few items remained. Instead, the crew left without explanation, leaving belongings by the elevator and my moving truck open with items still inside. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Florida Boyz Moving to anyone who values their property being handled with care. A refund is warranted

  • Lemme tell you something, these ''Boyz'' showed up to WORK! There were several dollies in sight... were any of them used? NO! These men beasted out, carrying everything by hand, raw-dogging my items up a flight of stairs, to include 250lb+ items (each guy could carry those items BY THEMSELVES). They put in the work. I had hired for 3 hours and just the 2 of them finished in a little over 2 hours for 3 bedroom contents from a Uhaul truck. They were very courteous and communication was quick and efficient. I WILL be using them again in the future should the need arise.

  • first time we’ve ever used this company and all I gotta say is I highly recommend Noah and Anthony. both brothers were amazing, kind, and courteous. they moved our big 2 bd apt on the third floor to our new house with ease. they are both very strong and can lift anything heavy you may have as our couches were over 100 lbs each. they were very careful with moving the stuff and treated our fragile items with care.

  • We were having our pool patio pavers cleaned and sealed and needed the area cleared out . The Florida Boyz move all of our furniture and plants to areas outside of our screened-in area. This included dinning, large seating area and numerous plants and chairs. They also moved a softub we had to our lawn area. They did an excellent job and I would highly recommend them. You will not be disappointed.

  • The Florida Boyz helped us load our U-Haul today. We appreciated having the extra hands, especially with the heavier items, but I was unaware when we booked them they had a previous job earlier in the day. That job was further away than they realized which caused them to arrive to us 2 hours later than booked. It worked out and was fine, but be sure to verify their schedule when you book.

  • Good guys, worked hard. Feel more care could have been taken in handling of items though. Entertainment center is so damaged I have to replace it, chainsaw was set on daughters oversized silk body pillow so it got oil soaked, brand new desk is now scratched up and stained along with other items, nice sofa got more scratches, grill cover was torn. Still tipped them as they worked hard, but think they should be more conscientious in handling and stacking and loading.

  • They showed up 30 minutes late to the job & then when loading our storage unit, when we asked for them to load that stuff all the way in to make room for the rest of our stuff at the apartment - it turned out that they had just dropped all of it at the opening to the back of the truck resulting in time lost (about 45m) at the apartment because they had to move all of it up where we had asked for it to go in the first place. They were really fast at moving the rest of our things into the van. The guys were all very nice and friendly - easy to work with. They were not able to fit everything into a 26' van from a 2-bed apt + storage unit. I thought they were for 2,000+ square foot homes? When we began unpacking we saw the chaos inside the van. Things were NOT packed well, my keyboard was destroyed, as well as another piece of furniture. Lots of scratches on other pieces. We rented furniture pads & bought straps to help secure things, but only one of each was used. VERY upsetting.
