Overall, Lundi Movers provided professional and courteous service, and the crew honored our requested morning arrival window. However, communication beforehand was difficult. It took several attempts and contacting U-Haul before I could confirm our move. My biggest concerns were furniture protection and truck loading. I provided moving blankets and specifically asked that they be used on our brand-new bedroom set, which I had already shrink-wrapped. Unfortunately, very few blankets were used, and our new dresser sustained a noticeable nick on the front. A few other items were also nicked. Additionally, we rented a 15-foot truck for a one-bedroom apartment but were told it was full despite noticeable unused spaces. I’ve used the same size truck for a larger home without issues. While I appreciated the crew’s professionalism, better communication, furniture protection, and more efficient loading would have improved the experience.

Ramone and Sobi with Lundi’s Keep It Moving did an excellent job loading my truck and car. They were efficient, organized, and took pride in their work. John R and Clinton are amazing! I had a A 15 foot U-Haul moving truck packed full of my belongings that needed to go into a 10’x10’ storage unit by my mistake. Those men worked very diligently and meticulously to make sure that all of my belongings fit in that unit on one of the hottest days of the year. I couldn’t thank them enough for being careful and thoughtful in the way that they positioned everything. Will definitely be using them again.

The movers were kind enough, but far from good at their jobs. We had 2 trucks to unload at U-Haul, and I got estimates on the size of storage unit needed based on how much was in the trucks. We ended up having to get a bigger unit, and then 2 additional big units because the guys packed so poorly. They broke my $400 electric lawn mower, and bent my $5000 bed frame. The packing was sub par, with lots of dead space, boxes completely in organized with different sizes stacked on top of each other in non sensical ways. They were dropping boxes ontop of other items in the name of packing them. It took a total of 4 large units to get my 2000sq ft house packed. I’m horrified to think of what probably happened to all of my fine china and my Chrystal, I do not understand how this company has a good rating. I am beyond disappointed, I’m furious. If we had to store these things for more than 1 month, we would go bankrupt because of their poor packing skills. Who knows how much damage was done.

I had previously booked with Darpa Elite Moving and they called me and said that the price was incorrect and he had to charge me more. It felt shady with the 'incorrect price' & the guy asking if he could do the job himself. I had booked 2 person crew for 2 hours. Since that felt off, I cancelled and booked 'Lundi's Keep it moving' about 2 days before my move. I would absolutely recommend Lundi's. Lonnie and John were professional, respectful, and both graduate engineering students doing this as summer job. Note that I called the office to verify time, mainly because I was paranoid about a last min cancellation. I spoke to Brittany, and she was excellent at customer service and asked when I would like them to come. The crew called me the day of to let me know they were on their way. I would highly recommend.

I cannot say enough good things about Lundi’s. We had Ty and John help us move and they were AMAZING. I feel like they took care of my stuff as if it was theirs and they got done much earlier than expected. They were very intentional about how they packed the moving truck and how they unloaded my things. I was nervous being on a third floor put they were super careful getting my stuff out of my old place. Even fragile items that I didn’t wrap up with bubble wrap were handled with care. I wish I could hire them for every move I have! Communication was excellent and they were super prompt as well. 5 star experience, definitely recommend!

I was dealing with an extremely stressful moving day, and having movers who knew what they were doing and just jumped in and got the job done made such a huge difference. Let’s begin with the customer service for scheduling the move. It’s completely non-existent. I had to leave a voicemail for them to call me back the night before the move. Surprisingly, the movers called me when they were already outside. They never informed me when they were on their way. This is crucial because no time was set for the move. Furthermore, the movers got lost during the drive to the second location that was 5 minutes away. Consequently, I had to pay for an additional hour that was wasted. To make matters worse, they damaged my wall and other items. I tried to communicate this issue with the company, which already lacks good customer service. I even sent pictures as evidence. However, I didn’t receive a response. In conclusion, I don’t recommend. Customers should always come first instead of money.

Cortez’s Helping Hands LLC used Lundi’s Keep It Moving to assist our team with an out-of-town move in Tennessee, and they did an excellent job. Their crew showed up on time, jumped right in, and got the job done efficiently, giving my guys plenty of time to make it back to the airport and catch our flight home tonight. It was unfortunately disappointing. Two persons needed 3 hours to load a 20' truck; no time were left for unloading. A couch was damaged as it was obviously dropped and dragged on the floor, so the upholstery fabric was torn on different places and the office cabinet which is not big at all was dropped and damaged seriously. None of those damages were mentioned by the team and that's not right. We found out about those damages later as we unloaded the truck ourselves and I already submitted the payment code. Dirty hand and finger marks were left on all furniture surfaces. Sorry, but good job looks different.

Arrived late, had difficulty moving the furniture, had to keep rearranging the truck to make stuff fit (20 ft truck for a 1 bedroom apartment was plenty of room), broke a table, and wouldn’t listen when I gave information on how items were previously moved. The woman that called me on the phone also tried to tell me to ‘just them do it’ (they couldn’t get the couch out a door that it had fit thru numerous times). Moving was very overwhelming for me due to so many unforeseen circumstances, but my experience was made better by the whole team. Customer service was easy to talk with and very understanding of my situation. From the beginning to the end of my service, the two individuals who came to help me unload were very professional and kind. I was late for almost an hour, but they waited calmly as I was trying to get everything settled for my move-in. I was also in a rush as we only had 1 hour and 30 mins left of our 3 hour reservation for my building’s loading dock. Thankfully, they were so quick and systematic about everything that we finished way ahead of schedule. I tried to help too but I was more getting in their way so I just watched them the entire time. I am very grateful for the whole team and I hope the best for them!

Also after an hour, when I paid for two, they were trying to ask me for the payment code even though there was still more to unload. This happened three times and on the third, I gave it and said they could go even though we still had 45 minutes left of service and a vehicle full of things. One of the two men was snappy when I had to ask him to repeat something. Just overall not a great experience.

Several boxes unloaded upside down, disregarding the multiple arrows drawn on all boxes pointing up. The movers were extremely friendly and easy to communicate with during the move. Our service was initially good. I had friendly movers who unpacked my U-Haul U-boxes. I thought they did a good job and even tipped them. Issues arose after they left when we saw the damage that they caused to a beam in our door frame. Movers attempted to move a couch through a doorway that was too narrow, which caused the damage. The couch was padded with blankets, wrapped, and had their feet removed to make the job easier. Only after inflicting the damage did they ask for another entrance to use. This was damage they knowingly withheld from us. The beam will have to be replaced and will cost more than the unloading service we booked. When shown the photo, Lundi’s acknowledged that they caused the damage, but claimed that they are not obligated to fix the damage, stating that ‘not all damages are preventable or under our control’. They also stated that they ‘handled the furniture with the utmost care’ which is clearly a lie. I do not recommend this company.

I think I would have had better luck throwing my items down the stairs. The team was very unorganized and had difficulty following simple instructions. I was only moving a total of 4-5 items and some boxes that were set to the side and they kept trying to move other items in my home. The team was extremely unprofessional. One of the movers asked for me to feed him multiple times. The movers showed a blatant disregard for all of my personal items. The movers were trying to be quick instead of careful. Many items were damaged throughout the move. The movers did not work together whatsoever. They dropped multiple items, ran into walls, and not to mention they ripped an anchored shelf out of my wall causing major damage to the dry wall. When I reached out to the company they refused to take any ownership of the issues. I would have been satisfied with an apology or any ounce of respect. Instead I got patronized with responses telling me instructions on how to fix dry wall.

The workers asserted they were dispatched for only 4 hours, but my payment was for 6 hours. They were done unloading 4.5 hours with a nice lunch break. They said the company would refund, but I contacted them and they said the jobs ordered and paid for through U-Haul were not. We all agreed cordially that I would give them the payment code at the 6th hour and they would help assemble items and unpack.

We were scheduled for two hours starting at 2pm However their other job ran over too long and they did not arrive until 5 which caused us to be late loading the first stuff in the truck because we needed them to load the heavy things first They did call at 344 to say they were on their way and sent a text but it really put us behind on packing our truck. So they were really only here an hour because we had to start without them which was very hard for my son by himself to move appliances Ramona was very friendly and knew how to pack and secure the stuff but it would have been better if they’d been on time.

The guys were ok. They came on time which I really appreciate and were very quick. However, I thought it was odd that they waited until the truck was fully loaded to load my queen size bed frame and didn’t leave a spot for it. They ended up having to disassemble my entire bed frame because for some reason, they thought it would fit going across the truck? I’ve moved tons of times with a 10 ft and have never had an issue with the metal frame still being assembled. Also, one of the movers broke a ceramic flower pot and didn’t mention it to me. I think he tried to hide it by sitting it and another pot that wasn’t broken on top of a ledge by the door to my apartment. I immediately noticed it when I went outside but waited to see if he would say something. He never did. Left both pots including the one that wasn’t broken on the ledge.

Merchant loaded but did not unload. Some of my items were damaged and destroyed. I paid for 3 hours of service that included load and unload. Movers took their time on purpose so that I would pay them more. From previous service, it takes 2 hours to load and 1 hour and about 15 minutes to unload. I had to pay more movers to unload and it took only one hour. I I am seeking reimbursement because I had to pay an extra day for the truck and then for additional money for the other mover who moved everything by himself within 50 minutes.

Also, I just so happened to come off the elevator at the exact moment they dropped several of my boxes off their dolly. My TV is also shattered now and it was wrapped. They left several items in the apartment without asking what was staying or going. They just called and said they were finished. I had to go back and retrieve several items after the move. I had a very disappointing experience with this moving company. What should have been a simple move of just a few items ended up taking over two hours due to poor communication and lack of preparation. The biggest part of my move involved two bed frames, which I clearly mentioned beforehand. The movers arrived without tools and didn’t tell me until they were leaving that they don’t take down bed frames. That should have been communicated upfront. When I called the office for help, the customer service representative was rude and tried to put the blame on me for not specifying they needed to be taken down, something you’d think a moving company would ask automatically. The movers themselves were kind and professional, but the office needs serious improvement in how they communicate, treat customers, and provide accurate information about their services. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR This is the second time I hired Lundis since I was trying to save money! I regret hiring them for a second time! The first time I moved from an hour away and the team who loaded my truck was amazing however I hired Lundis to unload in my new town! The two men they sent didn't break anything but one of them did make a hole in my door and I had to pay for that before moving out! The second time I packed everything as I did the first time and this time my television was broken, several dishes and glasses were broken. All of my dishes were in plastic containers that are sturdier then cardboard boxes and yet they still managed to load all on my delicate stuff like my tv and dish containers and still break everything. When I called to ask how to file a claim I was told by Brittany the receptionist that it’s suspicious that these things happened to me and she also indicated that things break all the time during moves!!!! Basically blowing me off and super rude!

Do not assume that the individuals that Lundi's Keep it Moving sends are trained or experienced movers. My truck was loaded dangerously and incorrectly, with the heaviest items placed in the back, despite the fact that I was towing a heavy vehicle behind it. This created unnecessary stress, forced me to cancel a scheduled walkthrough, and, due to this negligence, required me to hire another mover to completely unload and reload a 26ft truck the following morning. Early the next morning, the only communication I received from Lundis was that I could 'wait around for nine hours' for someone to come look at the truck after 5;00 p.m., in the dark. I was in the middle of a cross-country move with a limited rental window, making that suggestion entirely unreasonable and unrealistic. To date, I have still received no follow-up or response from them, despite my attempts to reach out.

I did not receive call after booking. I have to call to confirm my booking. They didn’t show up on time and but they did amazing work after show up. Y’all called & left a message to setup a time, & I called back twice & had to leave a message. I didn’t really understand waiting until 24 hours before the move to setup a time. Seems like scheduling would work better to schedule as far out as possible, like in my case; I ordered & paid for services almost a week out, but when y’all wanted to try scheduling I was traveling, picking up the UHaul, & working on loading the truck, (it was not a convenient time like it would have been when I made the reservation). The day before our move we spoke with them and told them we had to be done moving at 5 because of rules at the complex and we needed to return our truck. They said they would arrive at 330. At 415 we had no call from them. Called the office and was told the movers would call me. They call and said other job was under estimated by customer and they could not arrive till 530. I said this was unacceptable. Office calls me back and said they would send another group. They arrived at 545. My daughter and I had to unload most of the truck ourselves. The small amount that was left when they arrived at 530 took them 15 minutes. I had to pay them $150 for 15 minutes work. Called a few days later and spoke to a manager who really could care less as they have to charge 2 hours. Do not use them if you have a time constraints on moving in.

The two young men that helped me move were great. They assessed all the items that needed to be moved and loaded the truck with great care and accuracy. I was nervous it wasnt all going to fit in the size truck I rented but they made it work. you could tell they were very skilled in what they did. They even loaded my mattresses last and secured everything in tightly with ratchet straps, to keep everything from shifting. Best money I have spent on this move. Guys called and advised me of their arrival time. As soon as they arrived they went straight to unloading the truck. CAUTION!!! ABSOLUTELY DO NOT USE LUNDI'S KEEP IT MOVING IN NASHVILLE, TN!!!! They moved a couch downstairs to the main level and put numerous LARGE holes in the drywall, scraped paint, and pulled the hand railing off the wall. After submitting a claim, they never responded to MovingHelp (Uhaul) who I booked the service through. They are refusing to pay for the damage at this point and should be removed from Uhaul and Moving Help websites as ethical and reliable movers. They were completely unprofessional to deal with and I would run and run fast. I wish nobody else has to experience this level of customer service. If you value your home and don't want to be stuck paying $2K in damages yourself, then DO NOT BOOK ANY WORK WITH LUNDI'S KEEP IT MOVING IN NASHVILLE, TN!!! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! Five Stars! Jimmy and JJ were absolutely amazing! They were professional, extremely nice, and went above and beyond to make my move as smooth as possible. They packed the truck efficiently, handled everything with care, and never once complained—even with my awful stairs (seriously, they’re the worst!). We are inexperienced at moving and knew we were a bit unorganized, but they jumped right in and methodically helped us organize and pack into our big U-Haul. These are the guys that you want when you’re moving things are stressful on everyone’s tents and they helped make it easy and made everything flow great. They were careful with everything. The handling of boxes and delicate items was excellent and they packed the truck with exceptional care and unpack the truck with the same professional care. I drove the U-Haul so anything could’ve happened. the way they manage the loading and packing insured that nothing was damaged and we couldn’t have been more happy. I wasn’t expecting the excellent service I received for this move. I thought they would just carry the items down to the trailer but they packed it also. They moved a one bedroom apt. along with a patio set and many boxes in under two hours and we’re on the third floor. The two men were extremely polite, professional and beyond expectations. They came into the apartment to view everything that needed to be moved and loaded the trailer professionally with expertise. It fit together like a puzzle and they took care of packages that were fragile. I could not have done a better job. Don’t hesitate to hire them! Worth every dollar spent! A neighbor recommended U-Haul Moving Help over traditional local movers, and we are very glad they did. Ours was a very local move of only 2 miles and only two rooms of furniture. Upon booking through U-Haul, I was able to immediately contact Lundi's Keep It Moving and confirm a time. They were very helpful in setting expectations and in recommending ways to prepare items for the move. Our movers, Ese and Prince, were great guys with lots of experience. They communicated with us before arrival and showed up on time with a pleasant can-do attitude. They expertly and quickly loaded our truck and unloaded it at the destination, not even taking breaks even though it was a warm day and there were stairs on both ends. They somehow completed the job within our two-hour timeframe. Renting the U-Haul truck was also easy and inexpensive. I highly recommend both U-Haul Moving Help and Lundi's.

I booked both load and unload for 2 hours, knowing I only had 4 pieces of furniture to move. It's a 25 min drive from load location to unload location, and I knew we'd be within the 2 hours. However Lundy's called and told me that they only did the loading for 2 hours and needed to charge me an additional 2 hours for the unloading. The movers themselves were amazing and professional. They were surprised we were only moving 4 pieces and the entire process including load, travel, and unload took a little less than 1.5 hours. So why was I charged an additional 2 hours when I knowingly booked correctly.

Awful company, if you aren’t happy with their service, you are reduced to emailing management . But don’t expect them to respond or answer the phone anymore once they tell you it’s not their fault. Most of my property is ruined because of the terrible loading done! I provided moving blankets, stretch wrap and straps, yet all my furniture was unwrapped and tossed in! Every single piece of furniture I have is scratched or broken now! Half my boxes are crushed from the way it was stacked. And they wanted me to pay them even more money to come help fix it!

When I tell you this company is amazing, it's facts! My Sister and I began our morning with a touch a disappointment due to a last minute cancellation by our original moving helpers. I called this company worried that they may not be able to help at the last minute! John answered the phone . He immediately put my mind at ease. Within minutes we had a moving time, a crew & fair pricing for same-day service. His professionalism and friendliness was much appreciated. To top it all off, When their moving crew (Rodney, Prince & Diemitriji) arrived, they greeted us with smiles and introductions. Wow! Their customer friendly attitude put the stamp on it for us. I was in a real bind! The movers I hired to unload my moving truck at my new apartment were a no show. It was getting dark outside. And I was concerned for the security of my belongings in the moving truck if I had to wait until morning. Especially since I had moved to an unfamiliar area. There were times when one of the workers spent time on his phone instead of loading boxes. When we unloaded the truck at my new destination, there was an avalanche of foxes that fell over. It appears that they were not loaded properly into the truck according to my other movers. We had a few broken things. There were several light boxes that had heavy boxes loaded on top of them. I didn’t realize this until we went to unload, and several of the boxes were smooshed from having heavier boxes on top. Overall, I rate Them average.

Overall, I give the company only three stars. There was zero communication from the company until less than 24 hours before the job. Three phone calls, two voicemails, and a text message all went unanswered. The company only responded after I spoke to u-haul, who emailed them to let them know that I was ready to cancel them and hire someone else. Movers showed up at 930, but I was told they would be able to come earlier (requested 9am) and was told they would have dolly's but they did not. One guy had EXTREME body odor which was awful. Ok, I'll get over that, but gross! They were extremely slow moving things - moving two boxes at a time, with a guy on each side of the box. I was moving 2-3 boxes at a time myself (me being a woman that has Lupus). They went into the truck and moved boxes from one side to the other multiple times which burnt up much more time. I paid for 4 hours to start, as I've moved multiple times and it's never taken more than 3-4 hours. Ended up having to pay for 3 more hours!! Dispatch told me I had to pay RIGHT THEN or the movers were leaving! I had ONE truck load and it took 7 hours, with me busting my butt to help get it done, which defeats the whole purpose of having movers! Afterwards, one of the movers were texting me asking for more money! Absolutely would not recommend isn't this company!

James showed up on time and said the other mover would be late. Once both movers were there, things got done pretty quick. I haven’t opened the U-Haul to see how good their loading was. It did make me a little nervous that they pushed some nightstands in the truck that might have damaged the feet. Each nightstand probably weighed 5lbs so they weren’t heavy and could’ve been picked up. But mostly they seemed to do a good job. Very friendly and efficient. Tip provided in cash.

It was less than 12 hours before the scheduled move and I had to call them to confirm they were actually coming. I hired for just a truck unload and was very clear in my booking that there were stairs. The movers complained every time an item had to go upstairs which was incredibly unprofessional. One of the movers was also complaining of a hurt back and couldn't really lift items so much so that the other guy expressed to me how frustrated he was by his counterparts lack of help. I was pretty disappointed with my experience and would use a different company in the future.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I was called the night before the move asking if I could push back 2 hrs, they didn’t make it sound like I had a choice. The day of, they call to say itll be an extra 1.5 hrs late. Then they took 6 hours on a job that should’ve taken 3-4 max. On top of this they dropped my $800 electric piano scratching and damaging it, and 4 other pieces of furniture (coffee table, shelves) all scratched up. Hundreds of dollars of damage on top of the hundreds extra I had to pay for the extra time. I sent pictures asking for assistance and they said they’d get back to me in 3-5 business days. It has now been 8 business days and not a word. Moving is already stressful and this company made it exponentially worse. The lady in charge is also incredibly rude and customer service is terrible. I now have to replace half my furniture on my own dime. Do yourself a favor and choose any other company.

The service was extremely slow. I booked three hours for my one bedroom apartment with minimal furniture and it was not completed in the time frame. The move consisted of no stairs and moving three minutes down the road. After a hour and a half into loading the truck they still hadn’t taken the heavy items and they did a very poor job packing the truck up. At this point since we only had an hour left we instructed them just to take the heavy stuff and we’d make our own trip just for the sake of time. They began to move the couch and completely gouged the bottom and scraped the top, as well as nearly ripping off a door frame. We could not understand why they were working so slow, but came to a realization quickly while we were unloading the truck with only a fraction of what we needed. One of the movers suggested we pay for an extra hour to help unload a maximum of 8 boxes left in the truck. It made sense why they were working so slow the whole day, trying to squeeze out extra money

The folks with Lundi's moving were more than accommodating! After an issue with one mover showing up late, the moving coordinator herself came to help me with my move. She did a fantastic job helping and also got the late mover to the correct address after a while. I had a couch that I didn't need and didn't know what to do with, and she took it to a local church to donate which was incredibly helpful for me as well as the church! The Lundi crew was 20 minutes late but had a 3 man crew. Having a 3 man crew should had been a 2 hour job but turned into a 3 hour job. We provided shrink wrap for the furniture which was not used. They loaded all of the boxes first then the furniture and bigger items. Unfortunately they did not got all of our things so we have so another trip. When we got to our new house we found our adjustable bedframe had been damaged from the Lundi team not loading it correctly.

They were late showing up (11 minutes), the scarred my furniture & new home wall, while rushing to put my bed together almost all of my nail holes were screwed in any kind of way which messed that up. The guys were on time, however they were in a huge rush and weren't gentle with our items. After everything was moved out we noticed they scraped the paint off one of the corner walls of our apartment and also chipped two areas of a bottom kitchen cabinet. They did not mention this to us. Our apartment complex will charge us for those damages. Also, we had a printer, laptop, and loose papers set to the side that we had not packed yet and without asking they took it all and put it in the Uhaul. We did not notice until they left. Once we arrived to our destination and unloaded luckily they had put the items in the Mothers Attic. However, they stacked a table on top of the printer, which scratched it. They did tetris in the items well in the Uhaul. Nothing else arrived broken or damaged however, we will not be using these movers again. We've had much better experiences with other moving companies.

I placed an order for a team of two people to come and load and U-Haul for 4 hours. The team showed up late. A three person team of guys showed up. The guy that said he was the 'supervisor' said he brought an older gentleman for 'free labor'. This was a terrible experience. The older gentleman dropped boxes labeled GLASS and FRAGILE. Tossed computer monitors into the U-Haul. Things were stacked that could not hold weight and as a result a lot of things were damaged. Near the end of the move, the older gentleman kept asked for food and snacks. This created an awkward situation for us because we did not have a lot of food or snacks left and needed left it out for the long drive for the move. Overall it was not a good expereince.

There was absolutely zero strategy when packing my U-Haul. Multiple things were broken because of the way my things were packed. Attendants were very polite and time efficient, but could have taken a little more time to ensure my things were packed well enough.

My moving helpers were professional and kind while loading my apartment into my UHaul truck. They were quick and efficient and packed the truck so well that nothing shifted or fell during my 10 hour drive! I don’t have a lot of bulky items but almost everything I own is glass or breakable and nothing was broken during my move! I will recommend this company to everyone in Nashville. Thank you!

Couldn't have done it by myself! They helped me clear out a 26' moving truck packed COMPLETELY full in less than 5 hours--with only a 2-man crew. The company kept me informed as to the arrival time for the helpers. Once on scene, the team went straight to work moving items out of the apartment and down the stairs to the moving truck. The items were handled with care and pack nicely in the van. The load was so well packed it did not move on the 500 mile drive. The team finished loading the truck very quickly. Movers did a great job carefully unloading the truck, and did not have it easy with a third floor apartment in the Tennessee heat. Second time I've used Lundi's Keep It Moving, and both times were a great experience. Only issue was the workers didn't seem to realize I was a third floor move when I arrived, and didn't get informed the correct amount of time, however, once that was figured out everything went well.

I can't say enough good things about Lundi's Keep It Moving. After their rep, Brittany and I figured out that Uhaul had changed my selected move date and time, Brittany found a time on Saturday afternoon that their crew could come help us. I was contacted a couple of other times to make sure that the new time was good. The afternoon of the move, the crew contacted me about an hour ahead just to confirm where they were meeting us. The two gentlemen that came to help were great. Camille and Prince were prompt. They came with their own dollies and carts and were ready to go. They were efficient and worked very hard. We expected the unloading would take 2+ hours but they were done in about an hour. Highly recommend Lundi's and their crew, Camille and Prince. Many thanks!

I really appreciate the help of the Lundi's Moving Crew. Everything went great! The only thing to note is that when scheduling, they requested I rent a dolly as the crews more than likely didn't have one. Fortunately I only needed help moving furniture, but that's an important detail if you have boxes.

Antonio and Joseph were amazing! They let me know where there were at all times, made sure I didn't have to do much unless I wanted to, asked me where I wanted everything and when out of there way to help me when it was outside of what they where being paid to do. The other mover Harry arrived about 45 minutes late and smelled strongly of marijuana. Because of his late arrival, Antonio worked solo with my husband’s assistance for the first 45 minutes. There were scratches and scuffs on a few furniture pieces. And my belongings smelled of marijuana from transfer of Harry’s clothing. I would rate a 2 Star review for Harry.

The entire process was flawless, from the time I booked the service, through to completion of the event. Upon reservation I received a phone call to confirm and review the details. The morning of I received a call from the team that was going to be assisting me that day. Upon my arrival to the location, both team members were there, ready to go. Both Rodney C and Harry H got right to work, and quickly and efficiently loaded all of the items on to the truck. The destination was local, so they followed me and unloaded the truck. Could not recommend Lundi's enough! We hired them to move out of our house and with less than 24 hours notice, they were able to start the job earlier than we initially requested. They were prompt, professional, and kind - taking care of our items and our house as if it was there own. They handled our items with care and did not mark up our walls. Even with the summer heat and a two sets of stairs, they were always positive. When we realized that our 26' foot U-Haul would not fit all of our items, we decided to pick up a 6' x 12' foot trailer to pack the rest of our items. Lundi's offered to stay late and then proceeded to load the full trailer for us. In total, they worked with us for 7 hours instead of the 4 hours we initially booked them for, changing up their entire Sunday. We would recommend this company and their services to anyone in the greater Nashville area and would absolutely hire again.

Darren and Harry were the nicest guys and had the best attitude; they were all around awesome! I would highly recommend them to anyone moving. Communication prior to the move was excellent, the day of the move they called to tell me when they were headed my way, they came on schedule. When they got there, we went over the move and they got to work. My daughter was moving out of an apartment that has some construction going on so we were not able to get the moving truck close to the elevators, making their job much more difficult, but they never showed it. They were as nice at the end as they were at the beginning. They handled our belongings with care and packed the truck very well; nothing in the truck had moved when we opened it at the end of our trip. Don't hesitate; book them! Great all around experience! Antonio and Antwan were nice, but they didn't have any equipment to move my furniture, which is the fault of UHaul. Uhaul Nashville on 8th did not live up to the promise for equipment I rented a month in advance. Owner didn't care. That said, movers did get me out, but I have furniture damage due to them not using all the blankets I rented. UHaul should ensure those on MovingHelp actually have tools and equipment to do the job.

This was a TERRIBLE experience! Do not use them!! Also do not use U haul in general. The whole process was awful. Lundi Movers showed up to the storage unit to unload my u haul into a storage unit. One man seemed ready to work and was there to do a job. The other man reeked of weed and was clearly under some sort of influence. The man that reeked of weed seemed uninterested in getting started and had a hard time figuring out what to do. The 2 men then proceeded to bicker the entire time about who was in charge of the process. They were very rough with my belongings and said 'all good' as they tossed my furniture around haphazardly. The man that smelled like weed was EXTREMELY unprofessional. He then proceeded to have a temper tantrum when closing up the u haul and aggressively closed the ramp and door. This was a terrible terrible experience. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Sam and Camilo did an excellent job here in Nashville. I paid for 4hours in Louisville to load my 26 ft uhal and they jus barely got it done Here in Nashville Sam an Camilo unload my truck loaded my storage in 2 grand 15 mins they did a fantastic job using every inch of space they were very careful of my belongings and very accommodating. I ordered my storage to be unloaded and placed in a 26 ft truck to come to Nashville . Since Louisville was very late getting to my job . I could not get the truck unloaded on Saturday so they set them self to do it on Sunday which they could not did. The two of them at great workers and kind gentlemen they were very polite and friendly. The job they did was amazing I highly appreciate them and hope when I close on my house they can be the ones to move me in . Thank you both so so much Cindy M. Wish I could afford them a better tip.

i would never recommend these movers. we needed to load our truck. first off they came on the wrong day they came on june 3rd instead of july 3rd and then proceeded to ask me if it was my fault or theirs. fast forward to the day we actually needed them. they show up w no dollys at all.so they start moving our things and they were doing pretty good at first then they go downstairs for about 20 mins they were talking the whole time while i’m paying them by the hour. me and my mother had a lot of stuff and a shorter truck than we thought so we kept asking how was the space on the truck they said we were running out of space. the job was done and they had to leave and we still had things in our apartment me and my mom go downstairs to see what we were going to do. the amount of space still left on the truck was crazy. basically me and my mom fit the rest of our things in the truck ourself. bottom line save the stress and headache and DO NOT book these movers!!!!

Wow Wow & Wow Don’t look for anyone else..the guys with Lundi’s keep it Moving are great VARY hardworking guys. So incredibly respectful and Strong! They arrived right on time and even stayed a bit longer than I booked. Of Course we took care of them well because they deserve it! Most of these Moving companies have high overhead cost, thus their needed rates so be sure to take care of the actual movers. The unloaders were little help kept an extra 2 hours for a total of 5 hours unloaded and I still had to stay to finish the job. 20 ft U-Haul and a trailer loading into empty storage shouldn’t take that long especially when I organized and stacked the storage. They then said they were done and they had left items on the elevator and stacked in the loading area.

The movers communication was good. But they did start late, they sat around a lot while I had to move things. They also packed the truck improperly and I had multiple things damaged and broken beyond repair. Over $400 with of furniture was completely broken and unusable.

I have utilized movers helpers for about seven or eight years, and I always had good experiences but on this particular occasion, that was not my experience,. There was a two person crew, one of which arrived more than 20 minutes late.. one member of the crew consistently removed items from my closet, and when we arrived at the new location placed them on the floor these items were brand new items with tags on them. That same crew member also dropped several items and seemed very lackadaisical in terms of the handling of my property. There are two items that were damaged and I will have to replace.. I may have to rethink my philosophy on using this type of service. I certainly will not use this particular vendor again after one member left 20 minutes early and the other insisted on getting paid when it was still 30 minutes left on the clock.

The movers were helpful during the loading process, although they did procrastinate some of the time (stand around talking etc). However, during the unloading, they took 40-50mins to reach the destination which was only 20minutes away. One of them reached 15mins before the assigned time was over and procrastinated unloading the truck. The second person didn't arrive until 5minutes before the end time and 'got lost' despite being provided a GPS address. If we had not begun unloading the truck before they arrived, we would have gone over the paid time. Overall, they were fine and moved the things but the delay at the end and what seemed to be intentional procrastination to go over time and charge us more was off-putting.
